Sunset Lanterna Apartments - Porec

Position of apartments close to the beach which is very clean.

Do not take apartmets no 154 - from 7 in the morning delivery trucs are arriving all the time. very poor kitchen fittings, no air condition

Close to the beach, pines everywhere, nice and quite place.

poor evening animation for children. We always spent holidays at resort with animation programme as for children love minidiscos with all that veo, veo and waka, waka staff. Announced minidisco was just music (not typical one for children/ without any animation. However, our children loved miniclub animation in the morning.

1. The apartment was no ready, unclean. 2. electric sockets are missing in the bathroom and in the room, bedside lamps are missing, 3. time to renovate all buildings - they were in very old school type

There was enough space in the room with seaview. Within a 3 minutes walk you were on the beach. The beds were also good.

You can also use the facilities of the campingside. However, a walk towards the swimming pool took us about half an hour. That's too far for young children.

Big appartman and balkon.Nice view.50m-from the Sea. Supermarket is near.

Not easy to found parking place.Too noisy!!(near disko etc..)

The location of our apartment - on a corner with the BEST sea view from the balcony. Kitchen equipment was basic but covered everything necessary.

Some of the paintwork is in need of renovation and the drains need to be better vented. It is not good to have the bathroom filled with drain smells every time the toilet is flushed.

The apartament is very close to the see and well furnished.

The staff at the reception is very unfriendly. We could not check in on time. Be prepared that there is loud music every morning at 9am because of aerobic lessons, and you can hear all the neighbours around all the day.

Early in the morning ( 7.00 a.m.) a great noise becouse of waste utilization ( from containers) and cleaning the territory around the buildings by hotel staff. It is necessary to provide silence from 0.00 till 9.00 a.m.

We had a wonderful stay at Lanterna - the only problem was that our stay had been too short :-) the whole resort is in nice green surroundings. We were happy to get the apartment closest to the sea, so breakfast at the balcony in the morning was romantic and perfect! Apartment - though rather old - was very spacious, nice and perferctly clean, beds were comfortable. Various types of beach - sea-shoes definitely needed - but sea very clean and beautiful. Nice fastfood at the end of the shore - had a tasteful meat for a reasonable price. Great great ice-cream next to the sea. Oh, and nice wooden playground for children - not the one at the beach, but near the fastfood in the shade of trees. Definitely come back again :-)

poor equipment in the kitchen - maybe enough for self breakfast but definitely insufficient for cooking; some nights were too loud - lot of young people but nothing unexpected..

Directly to the beach and great view on the sea. Nice balcony and really ok for less money

There seem to be often room parties which were a bit anoying...

Some staff didnt understand English or German and that was bad. I had no car so it was difficult to walk with the luggage from the reception to the apartments.

Perfect location, facilities and beaches for kids and family.

Old and not comfortable appartment furniture with week kitchen facilities. Big differences between old and new buildings!
